摘要
目的评估传导性(热凝)角膜成形术(CK)治疗兔眼白内障手术源性角膜散光的早期疗效。方法正常新西兰大白兔15只(30眼)制作白内障术后角膜散光模型,待屈光状态稳定后在角膜地形图引导下行CK治疗。结果经CK治疗后角膜散光度减少0.30D~2.80D,平均为(1.33±0.75)D(P<0.01);术后1d、1周、1月、3月散光度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CK术前、术后角膜散光轴位发生变化(P<0.05)。结论传导性角膜成形术可以减少白内障角膜切口术后的角膜散光,但亦可能产生新的散光,使散光轴位发生变化。
Objective To evaluate the early efficacy of conductive keratoplasty for the treatment astigmatism after cataract surgery. Methods The models of astigmatism after cataract surgery were set up in thirty eyes of 15 normal New Zealand white rabbits. All rabbits' eyes had CK for the correction of astigmatism after cata- ract surgery when the stability of refractive power was achieved. Results The treatment reduced the astigmatism by an average of 1.33 +0.75D (0.3 -2.8D) (P〈0.01) ; and there were no significant differences in the astigmatism values at all postoperative intervals ( P 〉 0.05 ) . Conclusion Conductive keratoplasty reduced the degree of astigmatism after cataract surgery. But it also might induce new astigmatism and change the axis.
