隧道内碎核法的应用

Clinical application of breaking nucleus in tunnel

目的探讨隧道内碎核在手法小切口白内障手术娩核中的应用效果。方法2008年4月～8月对65例(69眼)Ⅲ级以上硬核白内障手法小切口手术中进行隧道内碎核联合人工晶状体植入术。结果术后1d、3d和1个月裸眼视力≥0.5者分别为38.24%、52.53%、78.49%。术中、术后并发症较少。结论隧道内碎核法具有切口小、术后散光少、并发症少及操作简单、无需特殊设备之优点,是白内障硬核的一种可行术式。

Objective To investigate the application of breaking nucleus to tunnel in the small incision cataract extraction. Methods Dawn action were treated in our hospital from April, 2008 to August, 2008, in 65 cases（69eyes） of cataract patients, its nucleus achieved more than m degree, we made the small tunnel incision, breaked nucleus in tunnel and extracted the lens nucleus, then implanted posterior chamber intraocularlens. Results One day, three days and a mouth after operation, the naked vision ≥0. 5 were 38.2%, 52. 5% and 78. 4%. The complications were less during and after the operation. Conclusion Breaking nucleus in tunnel has the advantage of small incision, light astigmatism, less complication, simply operated, and it don＇t need any special equipment, thus an ideal operation for hard nucleus of cataract.
