98例鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术临床观察

Clinical observation of 98 cases of dacryoeys rorhinostomy undernasalendoscope

目的对鼻内窥镜下以多功能电离子手术治疗机行泪囊鼻腔造孔术疗效观察。方法采用鼻内窥镜在鼻内直视下行泪囊鼻腔造孔及塑料管植入治疗慢性泪囊炎98例(98眼)。结果98例5个月～5年的随访,94眼治愈,2眼好转,2眼无效。治愈率95.92%,总有效率97.96%,无并发症发生。结论本手术不切开皮肤,不损伤内眦韧带,面部不留瘢痕。术后导泪功能完好,治愈率高。

Objective To observer the effect of dacryoeys rorhinostomy by nasal endoscope and Endoscopic surgery for multifunction eleetrieion. Methods By the use of nasal endoscope nasal sac down open hole and plastic tube into the treatment of 98 cases of patients with chronic daeryoeystitis. Results 98 cases of 5 months to 2 years of follow-up, 94 patients were cured and 2 cases improved, 2 cases null and void. Cure rate of 95.9 percent, 97.9 percent of the total effective rate, without complications. Conclusions The non-surgical skin incision, no ligament damage inside the fold, precision operation, less bleeding, light response, suffering a small tear function after lead intact, leaving no facial scar, no significant complications, a high cure rate.
