针刺“气海”与“三阴交”对胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征内分泌调整作用的对比研究

Study on Impact of Inserting Qihai and Sanyinjiao Point on the Endocrine Changes in Insulin Resisting PCOS

目的:探讨针刺"气海"与"三阴交"对胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征内分泌调整作用机理。方法:选取50例胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为治疗组(1)25例,取双侧三阴交穴针刺治疗;治疗组(2)25例,取气海穴针刺治疗,以上两组均治疗3个月。治疗结束后比较内分泌激素(FSH,LH,E2,T,LH/FSH)、空腹胰岛素(FNS)、体重指数(BMI)变化。结果:治疗组(1)针刺前后E2、T有明显差异(P<0.05);治疗组(2)针刺前后E2有显著差异(P<0.01),LH、LH/FSH有明显差异(P<0.05);治疗组(1)与治疗组(2)针刺后比较E2、LH、T变化有显著差异(P<0.01),体重指数(BMI)、空腹胰岛素(FNS)变化无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:针刺"气海"与"三阴交"对胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征内分泌调整作用不完全相同,且仅对性腺轴激素调节不能达到治疗胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征的作用。

Objective:To explore the impact of inserting qihai and Sanyinjiao point on the endocrine changes in insulin resisting(IR) PCOS.Methods:Fifty cases of IR PCOS were divided into a Sanyinjiao therapy group of 25 cases and a Qihai therapy group of 25 cases with randomized and controlled method. Two groups were treated for three months. Levels of hormones and BMI,FNS before treatment and after treatment of 3 months were investigated. Results: It was obvious change for E2 and T on the Sanyinjiao group(P<0.05), it was significant change for E2(P<0.01),and obvious change for LH and LH/FSH (P<0.05) on the Qihai group. It was not obvious change for BMI,FNS (P>0.05) Conclusion: It was different for impact of the endocrine in insulin resisting(IR) PCOS to insert Sanyinjiao and qihai, and only adjust the Levels of hormones, but it can’t treat the insulin resisting(IR) PCOS.
