摘要
隐性知识水平差异,可用来解释企业家能力差异的问题。分析了影响企业家隐性知识水平差异的三大主要因素:企业家经验、企业家的学习风格和企业家网络,并构建了企业家隐性知识水平差异的概念模型。企业家隐性知识的获得主要有两条途径:实践和知识转移。企业家经验和学习风格因素主要在第一条路径上发生作用,企业家网络因素则通过第二条路径影响其隐性知识水平。深化了对企业家能力的理论研究,并赋予了其一个新的研究视角。
Tacit knowledge can be used to explain why different entrepreneurs suffer different practical intelligence. This paper constructs a concept model, which analyzes the three main factors influencing entrepreneur＇s tacit knowledge level： experiences, learning styles and entrepreneur＇s networks.h think that entrepreneur＇s tacit knowledge accumulats through two paths： the practice and the knowledge transferring.The factors of experiences and learning style will play an important role during entrepreneur＇s experience learning process, and the characteristics of entrepreneur＇s networks will influence the tacit knowledge level because of knowledge transferring. This research will further the entrepreneurial competence theory, and focus on the frontier field： tacit knowledge.
