矿物掺合料对混凝土耐久性能影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善混凝土的抗腐蚀性能,提高混凝土耐久性,向混凝土中掺入粉煤灰、矿粉等矿物掺合料。进行混凝土流动性、坍落度损失、抗冻、抗渗、抗硫酸盐侵蚀、抗氯离子侵蚀的性能试验研究。研究结果表明:矿物掺合料能够提高混凝土的流动性,改善混凝土工作性能。在耐久性上,掺入矿物掺合料能够改善混凝土抗冻及抗渗性能。提高混凝土抗硫酸盐、抗氯离子等有害离子的侵蚀性能。大掺量矿粉的掺入对混凝土工作性能及耐久性能的改善效果比单掺粉煤灰的改善效果要好。 In order to improve the durability of concrete against corrosion, adding the fly ash and slag powder in the concrete. Experimented on influence of fly ash and slag powder on freeze resistance, impermeability of concrete, sulfate resistance, chloride resistance, the result shows that, adding fly ash and slag powder in concrete can make the concrete have the properties of easy mixing and fluidity, and can endow a series high performances of durability, such as high freeze resistance, high impermeability, high sulfate resistance and high chloride resistance. The effect of slag powder on durability of concrete is better than fly ash.
