介绍了快中子水分仪的基本结构和工作原理,叙述了DF-5740型快中子水分仪在酒钢烧结厂的应用情况。实例证明,快中子水分仪能准确测量烧结料的水分,并且可以与烧结水分控制系统进行匹配使用,实现自动加水,显著提高各项生产指标,经济效益可观。
Basic structure and principle of DF -5740 fast neutron moisture meter are intruduced, and its application to the sintering factory of JISCO is depicted. Practical examples show that DF - 5740 fast neutron moisture meter can give a quick and precise measurement of sintered material. Furthermore, combining with controlling system for sintering moisture, adding water can be finished automatically. It can improve each production index and obtain remarkable economic benefits.
