摘要
基于灰色系统理论,建立了建设项目的灰局势决策模型以及实施步骤,给出了不同极性样本的统一效果测度空间。以某煅烧高岭土技改项目为例,从多方案中优选出满意方案进行决策,取得较好的应用效果。
The grey situation decision model and implementation procedures of the construction project were built up on the basis of the theory of grey system, and the integrated effect measure space of different polarity samples was proposed. Taking a technical innovation project of calcined kaolin for example, the satisfied one was selected from many schemes and it attained good application effect.
