A Design Process Control Approach Based on Design History Database

针对复杂的知识密集型产品设计过程,提出了一种基于设计历史数据库的设计过程控制方法;分析了运用设计历史数据对设计过程进行调度和控制的机理;以桥式起重机CAD系统为背景阐述了这一方法的系统实现策略和关键技术;对设计历史数据库的模式结构和产品设计过程在设计历史数据库支持下的运行方式进行了优化设计;开发了一个基于SolidWorks的CAD应用系统,并成功地应用于一种通用桥式起重机的设计,取得了较好的效果。

Aiming at the complex knowledge -intensive product design process, a design process control approach based on design history database was proposed. The mechanism to drive and control the design process using the design history data was presented. The application of the approach was discussed in the context of development of a CAD system for bridge cranes. System implementation strategies and key technologies involved were investigated. The schema structure for the design history database and the way of process operation supported by history database were designed. A prototype CAD system based on SolidWorks was developed and successfully used to design a sample universal bridge crane in practice,which validates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
