保障性住房建设已成为我国当前城市住宅建设中的重要组成部分,并在和谐社会建设和保持经济稳定发展方面发挥重大作用。文章从保障性住房建设目标、规划、设计、室内功能空间把握、住宅产业化技术、部品件应用等方面阐述个人独到的观点。
The housing construction of welfare succor has become an indispensable constituent in the current construction of urban dwelling houses in China, and it plays a significant role in the construction of our harmonious society and the sustainable sound development of economy. This article elaborates the author＇s original viewpoints on goal, planning and design for the housing construction of welfare succor, utilization of indoor functional space, technologies for housing industrialization, application of components and parts etc.
