摘要
本文针对我国社会老龄化趋势的特点,从老年人的特征分析入手,对老龄住宅设计研究的目标、原则及技术路径进行概念性提炼,并就老龄住宅设计研究的相关问题提出原则性的框架意见。
Centered on features of domestic social ageing trend, this article starts from analysis on characteristics of the aged people to refine and extract the concept of the target, the basis and the way of techniques in the research of design for the aged people＇ s residence. Also some framework suggestions of principle are posed upon the relevant issues of research on design for the aged people＇ s residence.
