摘要
本文将模糊数学和综合评判法引入房屋安全评估,形成了一种新的房屋安全评估方法。这种评估方法避免了传统方法在安全隐患等级的"跳跃性",使安全隐患等级评估结果相对连续,使房屋安全评估结果更加客观、合理。文末选用一个住宅房屋实例,演示房屋安全的模糊综合评判法的具体应用流程。
This article introduces fuzzy mathematics and comprehensive assessment into building safety assessment to form a brand new method, which avoids traditional methods to keep consistency in levels of safety assessment, making the assessment result more objective and rational. An existing case of residence is selected at the end of the article to demonstrate the whole process of the application of fuzzy mathematics and comprehensive assessment in building safety assessment.
