既有花园别墅的改造,是保留和传承城市建筑文化的重要手段之一。文章通过上海余庆路花园别墅的改造,阐述了供配电、照明、空调、出入口、安全防范、网络通信等设备的配置与应用,以及电气与智能化设计,尤其对选择控制设备的重要性作了论述。
The renovation for the existing for retaining and carrying forward the urban garden villa is one of the key approaches architectural culture. With the instance of renovation for a villa on Yu Qing Road, Shanghai, the author aims to elaborate the equipment and application of such facilities as for power supply and distribution, illumination, air conditioning, inlet and outlet, safety precautions, network and communications, as well as electrical and intelligence design. Also many words are given to the discussion on the importance of selecting appropriate controlling devices.
