一种改善异步电动机定子磁链观测器精度的方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 直接转矩控制中(DTC),定子磁链的观测精度直接影响控制系统的性能,尤其在低速下,观测精度极易受定子电阻的影响。提出一种新的定子磁链观测方法。该方法是从异步电动机数学公式出发,推导出不含有定子电阻参数的定子磁链计算公式。仿真和实验结果证明了该磁链观测方法的可行性,尤其在低速下提高了磁链观测精度,对电动机参数的变化具有良好的鲁棒性,对于辨识定子电阻奠定了一定基础,有一定指导意义。 Stator flux observation precision can affect the control system's performance directly in direct torque control. Especially in low speed, stator flux observation accuracy is vulnerable to the impact of stator resistance. In this paper, a new stator flux observation method was proposed. The method which was from motor mathematical model derivates the stator flux calculation formula without stator resistance parameters. The simulation and experimental results showed that the feasibility of the new method of observing stator flux, especially improving the flux observer precision in low speed. The method demonstrated higher robustness to motor parameters variation.
