当前,公务员职业道德的现状不容乐观,如存在着官本位、事本位与和谐社会所要求的以人为本不适应,经验领导、经验决策与和谐社会要求的科学领导、科学决策不适应,人治与和谐社会的法治不适应,零和博弈的思维方式与和谐社会的共同享有思维方式不适应,权力本位与公仆要求权利本位不适应,强迫命令式与和谐社会中的相互协调不适应等等。改变这种现状,要加强公务员道德教育,提高公务员的职业道德素质,要建立和完善公务员道德建设的法律体系和公务员道德行为的舆论评价和监督体制。

For the construction of a harmonious society, creating the solid material base help the ascension of social ethics level and maintain social stability and the realization of the administration by law.At present,the current situation of civil servants vocational ethics is not optimistic, For example, official-standardized and affair- standardized don＇t adapt for the people-oriented which is required in harmonious society.Experience leadership and experience policy-making don＇t adapt for scientific leadership and scientific policy-making which is required harmonious society,the thought-style of Zero and Game theory don＇t adapt for common ways of think- ing in harmonious society,power standard don＇t adapt for power standard which required by civil servants, forced imperative don＇t adapt for the coordination in harmonious society and so on. To change this situation, civil servants should strengthen their ethics education and improve vocational ethics. The country should establish and perfect the legal system of civil servant ethics construction and civil servants ethics behavior evaluation and supervision system of public opinion
