Using Chromatographic Analysis of Oil to Judge Internal Faults in Large Power Transformers

芜湖供电公司师专变电站1号主变运行中,特征气体含量超标,根据色谱分析判断为低能量放电故障,曾做现场处理,未能彻底消除故障。最后一次返厂处理后取得了良好的效果。

The oil chromatographic analysis of a main transformer in Shizhuan Transformer Substation of Wuhu Power Company shows the amount of characteristic gas is unacceptably high.It is judged as low energy discharge fault according to chromatographic analysis.The transformer was treated,but fault was not yet eliminated thoroughly.Finally,the transformer was returned to the manufacturer for treatment,good result has been achieved.
