摘要
文章介绍了资产全寿命周期管理的基本内容,分析了IPSS和ERP与资产全寿命周期管理的逻辑关系。依据价值工程理论,充分运用IPSS、ERP基本信息与平台,构建资产全寿命周期管理评价模型,提出资产全寿命周期成本与功能优化的可行方案。
The basic contents of life-cycle asset management is described in this paper,the authors study on the logical relationship of IPSS and ERP.Based on the theory of Value Engineering,making full use of the basic information platform of IPSS,ERP,the authors build the evaluation model of life-cycle asset management.The optimization schemes of function and cost were described.
