摘要
对于一个成熟的现代化的大型企业来说,供应商的管理不是简单的和供应商谈判,它已经涉及到整个企业的多个方面,无论是采购管理,还是生产管理和质量管理,都会与供应商管理有着密切的关系,本文将从供应商管理的范围和战略,国际上通用的供应商管理最佳实践,着重介绍了在实施ERP系统过程中如何更好实践供应商管理,提高公司物资采购管理水平,降低采购成本,促进供应商的有序竞争。
For a mature and modern large-scale enterprise,supplier management does not only mean simple supplier negotiation.It involves the enterprise from various aspects.Whether it is purchase management,production management,or quality control,all are closely related with supplier management.This thesis will cover the scope and strategy of supplier management,and look into international best practices for supplier management.It will emphasize on how to practice better supplier management when implementing an enterprise resource planning(ERP) system,so that the company can improve the standard of materials procurement management,reduce the procurement cost,and drive the positive competition between suppliers.
