我国干部教育培训远程系统的调研与思考

Study On Chinese Cadres Distance Education System

随着全国各级干部培训工作的展开,干部远程教育系统在提高我国各级各类干部素质方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。为了更好地利用远程平台,作者从平台构建、教学模式、资源建设等方面系统比较分析了目前国内三种大的干部教育培训远程平台,得出干部远程教育培训的启示,即各平台充分发挥应用价值,并互通有无,形成一个高效实用的教学、信息及服务的网络体系,在此基础上实现资源整合与共享,进一步服务于全社会,实现提高农村党员干部的信息素养、大幅度提高干部素质、促进干部终身学习的总目标。

With the development of national cadres education, the distance instructional system plays a more and more important role in upgrading their quality.For the sake of better using this system,the author researches and analyzes three larger cadres distance education platforms in China in terms of their technology application,teaching mode and resources construction etc.The findings reveal that it is urgent to build an efficient,practical network of teaching,information and service in order to provide best services to the whole society,improve the information skills of party members in the country,enhance their overall quality,and promote the drive of lifelong learning.
