The purpose and design thinking for duplicating the busbar differential protection modification for 220 kV Fenghuangshan substation are introduced. Based on the normal operation of the old busbar differential protection,the new busbar differential protection is put gradually and securely into operation including its engineering implementation plan, and analysis and control of dangerous points in the project, which was introduced as well.
