摘要
以商丘职业技术学院经贸系女大学生100人和计算机系40人(体脂百分比大于30%)为对象,采用问卷调查法和实验法进行研究.结果显示:女大学生减肥瘦身有三大误区,经过5个月瘦身试验的女大学生,体脂百分比明显下降,体成分中瘦体重相对增加,身体素质和身体技能明显提高.
This article carries on an experimental research on 100 and 40 collegegirls (body fat 30% above) in Shangqiu Vocational and Technical College by using experiment and questionnaire. Divide the object into slim exercise prescription group and contrastable group at random:The result shows: The collegegirls have three wrong points in slim; Through five months sllm exercise prescription. The slim exercise prescription would drop down collegegirl's body fat percentage. In body compostion,the lean body massed increases relatively. The body function and body quality are getting better.
