摘要
针对脱毒马铃薯原原种大规模生产中的基质问题进行了不同培养方式的试验研究,结果表明,专用基质在固体基质中表现最好,苗的成活率和成薯产量远较其他固体基质好;参试品种间的产量存在显著差异,中薯3号较费乌瑞它成品薯产量高;雾培产量表现最好,但还需加以改进、研究才能应用于大规模生产。
Four kinds of substrates and two culture patterns were tested in production of original-original potato seeds with virus-free to study the effects on the yield of original-original potato seeds with virus-free. The results showed that the seedling survival percentage and its potato seed yield of the treatment with the special solid substrate was significantly higher than other tested solid substrates, there was significant difference between different tested varieties in potato seed yield and the yield of Zhongshu 3 was higher than Favorita, and the yield of the treatment with aerosol culture pattern was higher than the treatment with solid substrate.
