摘要 为了解海藻糖酶的研究进展,从对昆虫海藻糖与海藻糖酶、昆虫海藻糖酶的酶学性质与海藻糖酶基因、昆虫海藻糖酶抑制剂等方面进行了综述,并对其作为杀虫靶标进行了展望。 Trehalose can be found in many organisms, including bacteria, fungi, insects, plants, and invertebrates, and plays an important role in the energy metabolism. Trehalase is a specificity enzyme which hydrolyzes trehalose into two molecules of glucose. This paper reviews insect trehalose and trehalase, enzymatic properties of trehalase, trebalase gene and insect trehalase inhibitor, and provides a prospect for the insect trehalase as insecticidal target.
