摘要
谈判是装备采购过程的一个关键环节,同样也是目前各类电子军务应用技术研究中薄弱的一环。鉴于多属性谈判中多个属性的不同出价特点,将谈判区间分为2种分别进行分析,并考虑到多个投标方之间以及时间对Agent谈判策略的影响,提出了基于时间约束的多属性谈判模型,并给出了一个算例。
Negotiation is the key tache in the process of equipment procurement. And now it is also the unsubstantial tache on the research of applying technology of all kinds of the electronic military affairs. Owing to the distinct offer characteristics in multi-attribute, the negotiation interval is divided into two kinds and analyzes respectively. Time constrains based multilateral negotiation model is built after the quantity of seller agent and the effect of time on the negotiation strategy. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the proposed model.
