房室折返性心动过速射频消融术后电张调整性T波的观察

摘要
房室折返性性心动过速(AVRT)射频消融术后3天内电张调整性T波(EMTV)的产生与心室异常除极顺序有关;显性旁道比隐性旁道,右侧比左侧更易产生EMTV(P<0.05);EMTV的产生与术中消融的即时有效时间呈负相关,与其他的因素无显著相关性;不同部位EMTV的导联分布特征及其深度,宽度不同。结论:AVRT射频消融术后可出现EMTV。
