缺血性中风中医证型与MR-DWI表现的相关性研究初探 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析急性缺血性脑中风中经络组各证型与MR-DWI表现的关系。方法观察37例急性缺血性脑中风中经络患者的MR-DWI表现,记录新鲜病灶的大小、部位与辨证分型,用SASS软件对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果缺血性脑中风中经络组具体辨证分型与新鲜病灶的部位有相关性(P<0.05),与大小无相关性(P>0.05)。结论利用MR-DWI表现分析缺血性中风辨证分型与影像学的相关性更加严密;各证型与MR-DWI表现的具体对应关系尚需要做大样本、多中心研究。 Objective It is to analyze the correlation between all types of syndrome in apoplexy involving the channels and their collaterals group and magnetic resonance-diffuse weighing imaging (MR- DWI) manifest in acute ischemic stroke. Methods The MR - DWI manifests of 37 acute ischemic stroke patients with apoplexy involving the channels and their collaterals were observed. The size and sire of fresh focus and its zheng differentiation-classification were recorded. The obtained data were analyzed with statistics SASS software. Results The extensional zheng differentiation-classification of apoplexy involving the channels and their collaterals in ischemic stroke patients had correlation with the site of fresh focus ( P 〈 0.05) but had no correlation with the size of fresh focus ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The correlation between the zheng differentiationclassification and iconography of ischemic stroke analyzed with MR - DWI manifest is more rigorous. The extensional corresponding relation between all types and MR - DWI manifests still need large sample and multicenter studies.
