摘要 建立用单柱阴离子色谱测定矿泉水中的氯离子和硫酸根离子的方法。采用NJSA-4A阴离子交换柱、0.35mmol/L NaCO_3和0.05mmol/L NaHCO_3混合溶液为流动相、电导检测器在13min内完成矿泉水中Cl^-和SO_4^(2-)的测定。该法具有良好的线性相关性和重复性(相对标准偏差小于1.92%),回收率为96.6%~100.4%。方法简便实用,用于实际样品分析,所得结果令人满意。 We developed the single column of anion to determine the CI and SO4^2- in mineral water ,we use the NJ-SA-4A as the anion exchange column ,and we apply 0.35 mmol/L NaCO3 and 0.05mmol/L NaHCO3 mixed solvent as the mobile phase ,the detector can determine the content of CI and SO42 within 13 minutes .This method has good liner and repeatability (the RSD is less than 1.92% ),and the recycling rate is in the range of 96.6%-100.4%, the result is good.
