Numerical Analysis of Axial Flow Pump Arrangement

摘要 基于ANSYS CFX 10.0软件、Standard k-ε湍流模型及RNG k-ε湍流模型封闭雷诺平均N-S(RANS)方程,对轴流泵装置在不同工况下进行全三维数值模拟实验。计算装置的扬程和水力效率,得到的计算结果与实验结果的变化趋势一致。在最高效率点附近,Standard k-ε计算的扬程值误差较小。在大流量时计算的扬程值大于实验值,在小流量时计算的扬程值小于实验值。 Based on ANSYS CFX 10.0, full 3D numerical simulations of axial-flow pump arrangement are carried out under different operating conditions using two different turbulent models to solve the Reynolds- averaged Navier-Stokes equations. The head and hydraulic efficiency of pump arrangement are computed, and comparisons made between the calculated and measured results. The trend of calculated results agrees with the experimental results. In the vicinity of the highest efficiency point, the head relative error computed using the standard κ-ε is the smallest. The computed head is higher than the experimented head with increasing discharge. It is lower than the experimented head with decreasing discharge.
