骨关节结核的CT诊断

The Diagnostic CT Joint Tuberculosis

目的探讨CT检查对关节结核的诊断意义。方法回顾性分析21例骨结核病例的CT影像资料。结果脊柱结核10例,髋关节5例,膝关节结核3例,肘关节2例,腕关节1例。CT表现:骨性结核表现为关节间隙边缘变尖,相邻部位软组织肿胀,骨质疏松,骨质破坏,寒性脓肿。滑膜型关节结核显示关节囊增厚,关节腔积液,周围软组织肿胀。结论CT能较好显示骨关节结核的各种直接征象和间接征象,是诊断骨关节结核的重要手段。

Objective CT examination to explore the diagnosis of tuberculous joints. Methods 21 cases were retrospectively aralyzed the CT image GuJieHe cases. Results Spinal tuberculosis, 10 cases, hip, knee tuberculosis in 5 cases, 3 cases of elbow in 2 cases, wist. CT manifestations ： for the joint osteoarthritis tuberculosis edge, soft tissue adjacent parts swelling, osteoporosis, ben destruction, cold thickening, cold sex abscess. Tuberculous synoritis type joint capsule s/lowed thickening, joint swelling, soft effusions around. Conclusion CT can show signs of jolnt tuberculosis directly and indirectly is an important means of joint tuberculosis diagnosis.
