亚甲蓝光化学法病毒灭活对血浆主要质量指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨亚甲蓝(MB)/光化学法病毒灭活对血浆主要质量指标的影响。方法随机抽取新鲜血浆192袋,分别于病毒灭活前和病毒灭活后无菌留取血浆标本各1ml,对凝血因子( Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ、Ⅺ、Ⅻ )的活性及血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)和血浆总蛋白(TP)的含量进行测定。结果采用MB/光化学法对血浆进行病毒灭活后,凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ、Ⅺ、Ⅻ的活性及Fg和TP的含量均有一定程度的降低,但仍然符合国家要求。结论采用MB光化学法进行血浆病毒灭活,对血浆主要质量指标无显著影响。临床输注病毒灭活冰冻血浆,疗效可靠,无不良反应。
