摘要
目的了解淡色库蚊对化学杀虫剂的交互抗性,为合理有效地进行蚊虫化学防治提供依据。方法采用WHO生物测定方法测定3种抗性品系淡色库蚊对5种杀虫剂的抗性。结果DDVP抗性品系淡色库蚊抗性水平为8.38倍,对氯氰菊酯、三氯杀虫酯、残杀威和溴氰菊酯的抗性分别为52.50倍、7.61倍、4.74倍和0.75倍;残杀威抗性品系淡色库蚊抗性水平为11.34倍,对氯氰菊酯、DDVP、三氯杀虫酯和溴氰菊酯的抗性分别为8.08倍、2.85倍、2.00倍和1.80倍;氯氰菊酯抗性品系淡色库蚊抗性水平为243.00倍,对溴氰菊酯、三氯杀虫酯、残杀威和DDVP的抗性分别为28.90倍、17.28倍、1.49倍和1.38倍。结论蚊虫对某种杀虫剂产生抗性后,可能对其它杀虫剂也产生不同的交互抗性,用药前应作抗性测定,注意选择药物品种和确定使用剂量。
Objective To investigate the cross-resistance of Culex pipiens pollens to chemical pesticides, and provide a basis for chemical prevent and control of mosquito rationally and effectively. Methods Detect the 5 insecticide resistance of 3 resistant strains of Culex pipiens pollens by WHO bioassay method. Results The resistance level of DDVP-resistant strain of Culex pipiens pollens was 8.38 folds, and the resistance to Cypermethrin,acetofenate,Propoxur and Dehamethrin resistance were 52.50 times,7.61 times,4.74 times and 0.75 times each; the resistance level of Propoxur-resistanct strain of Culex pipiens pollens was 11.34 folds,and the resistance to Cypermethrin,DDVP,acetofenate and Deltamethrin resistance were 8.08 times,2.85 times,2.00 times and 1.80 times each; the resistance level of Cypermethrin-resistant strain of Culex pipiens pollens was 243.00 folds,and the resistance to Dehamethrin,acetofenate,Propoxur and DDVP were 28.90 times, 17.28 times, 1.49 times and 1.38 times each. Conclusion Mosquito will generate different levels of cross-resistance to other insecticides after it had the resistance to one type of insecticide, drug resistance shoald be pre-determined attention to the insecticide selection and determine it's applicative dose.
