摘要
目的研究鸭跖草水提取物在体内外抗流感病毒的活性。方法体外抗病毒试验采用CPE法,按Reed-Muench方法计算TC50、IC50和TI,观察鸭跖草水提取物体外对流感病毒引起的细胞病变的影响;体内抗病毒试验采用小鼠经滴鼻感染流感病毒造成肺炎模型,以肺部炎症、死亡率和生命延长率为指标,观察鸭跖草水提取物体内抗流感病毒的活性。结果鸭跖草水提取物在体外对流感病毒引起的细胞病变有明显抑制作用,其IC50为生药4.25mg/ml,TI为7.17;在给药剂量为生药8~32g/kg时,对流感病毒所致的小鼠肺部炎症有明显抑制作用,并能明显降低流感病毒感染小鼠的死亡率和延长其存活时间。结论鸭跖草水提取物在体内外均具有明显抗流感病毒的作用。
Objective To examine the in vitro and in vivo antiviral activity of the water extract from Commelina communis L.. Methods The antiviral effect was accessed by measuring the reduction of cytopathie effect(CPE), the 50% toxicity concentration (TC50), 50% inhibitor concentration (IC50), and the therapeutic index (TI)of the water extract from Commelina communis L.. The pulmonary inflammation, mortality rate and the survival rate of mice infected by influenza vires were determined. Results The cytopathic effect induced by influenza virus was inhibited remarkably, with an IC50 of 4.25 mg raw material/ml and the TI of 7.17. At the dose of 8-32 g/kg body weight,pneumonia was inhibited significantly by the water extract. The survival rate was increased remarkably. Conclusion The water extract from Commelina communis L. exhibit anti-influenza activity both in vitro and in vivo.
