利巴韦林气雾剂联合蒲地兰治疗手足口病疗效观察

Effect of ribavirin aerosol combined with pudilan anti -inflammatory decoction on infant hand-foot-mouth disease patients

目的观察利巴韦林气雾剂联合蒲地兰消炎口服液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将108例手足口病患儿随机分成3组,每组36例。治疗组给予利巴韦林气雾剂联合蒲地兰消炎口服液治疗,对照组1给予利巴韦林气雾剂治疗,对照组2给予蒲地兰消炎口服液治疗,治疗5d后评估其疗效及临床症状,体征的变化。结果治疗组和两个对照组的总有效率分别为94.45%,72.22%,66.66%,两者比较(P<0.05),差异均有显著性,且治疗组比对照组的病程短。而对照组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论利巴韦林气雾剂联合蒲地兰消炎口服液治疗小儿手足口病疗效可靠,安全性好,用药方便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ribavirin aerosol combined with pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid on infant hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods There 108 cases of Hand-foot-mouth disease children were randomly divided into 3 groups,each consisted of 36 cases. The treatment group was treated with ribavirin aerosol and pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid,a control group-1 treated with ribavirin aerosol alone and the other control group-2 treated with pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid alone.The resutls were evaluate 5 days after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.45%,and that in the two control groups were 72.22%, 66.66%, showing a significant difference （P〈0.05）. The course in the treatment group was shorter than the control group. Conclusion The therapy of ribavirin aerosol kcombined with pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid is effective,safe and convenient in treatment of infant hand-foot-mouth disease, thus it is worthy for clinical poularization.
