摘要
目的综述乙型肝炎病毒基因型及亚型的地理分布特点及其与临床的关系。方法查阅和总结了近几年国内、外报道的相关文献。结果现已发现乙型肝炎病毒有8种基因型,其中6种基因型已分出基因亚型,并且其地理分布及与临床关系都具有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论基因型及基因亚型的地域性分布和其与临床的密切联系为乙型肝炎的控制和治疗提供了指导方向。
Objective To review the distribution of different genotypes and subgenotypes of hepatitis B virus and explore the relationship between genotypes and subgenotypes of Hepatitis B virus and clinical characteristics. Methods The literature at home and abroad in recent years were gathered and analyzed. Results There were eight genotypes of hepatitis B virus and six of subgenotypes were identified in the world, their geographical distribution and clinical implications were significantly different. Conclusion The regional distribution and their close clinical linkl of genotypes and subtypes of hepatitis B virus have offered guidance for the control and treatment of hepatitis B.
