寻常型天疱疮抗原致病性及其机制的研究新进展
Advance in the research of pathogenic mechanism of pemphigus vulgaris antigen
摘要
天疱疮(Pemphigus)是一种以皮肤、粘膜损害为主要表现的自身免疫性大疱性疾病。近几年来,关于寻常型天疱疮(Pemphigus vulgaris,PV)发病机制的研究一直是临床或基础研究的热门话题。除了对经典抗原Dsg的研究,最近还发现了很多其他抗原。本文对寻常型天疱疮的抗原及其相关的发病机制研究进展做一综述。
