摘要
目的了解市售桶装饮用水的饮用时间及其卫生安全性。方法2008年7-9月在济宁市4城区各选择8个采样点。每个采样点选择一台饮水机作为实验对象,按设计时间采样,依据桶装饮用水国家卫生标准检测和评价。结果8个品牌桶装饮用水首次检测各项卫生指标均合格,随着时闻推移,细菌总数逐渐升高,第2d起可观察到微生物存在。10d后所有样品微生物总数均超标。饮用桶装纯净水与桶装矿泉水微生物指标比较无显著性差异,部分样品检出大肠菌群和霉菌,感官和理化指标变化不明显,均符合卫生标准。结论桶装饮用水卫生质量随着饮用时间的延长而改变,桶装饮用水应尽可能在10d内饮用完,不宜存放时间过长。
Objective To understand the periodic safety of barreled drinking water in Jining City. Methods Drinking water sample were collected with a water dispenser in 8 sampling points of 4 regions in Jining City from July to September, 2008. Hygienic status were detected and valued in accordance with The Required Standards For Barreled Drinking Water. Results Hygienic status of barreled drinking water in 8 brands were up to standard for the first time. Microorganisms were detected on the second day and the number of total mocroorganisms in all samples exceeded the standards. On the 10th day all the samples were exceeded the standard in cluding E.coli and organisms. Conclusion The quality of barreled drinking water will reduced along with the progress of time and the barreled drinking water be used within a period of 10 days.
