Since 2008, international grain market price has been rising on a large scale, which has huge influences on the entire world, especially the poor countries and the poor population. More and more attention has been paid to the reasons for the rising grain price on a large scale as a key problem. This article utilizes the basic principles of economics to disclose the intrinsic microscopic mechanism in which the oil price rise causes the grain price to rise. On such a basis, it proposes that full display of the market function is the fundamental mechanism of bringing down the grain price.
