There exist some worrying problems in safety, psychology, virtue and study among children in rural areas who stay at home separated from their parents working outside. Solving the problems is crucial to safeguarding the children＇s education rights, keeping sustainable development of rural areas and maintaining harmony and stability of the whole society. The whole society should put emphasis on and pay much more attention to the children＇s healthy growth.
