摘要
本文主要介绍OPC通讯技术在LF和RH加料系统中的应用。根据莱钢现场实际情况,在LF和RH共用一套加料系统的情况下,在原来的基础上进行了网络和设备改造,并在两套系统采用WINCC之间的OPC通讯方式进行实时数据通讯,确保了LF和RH系统的及时准确加料和正常生产,节约了成本,提高了生产效率。
The article mainly introduced the OPC communication technology in LF and in the RH feeding system application, according to laigang steel the scene actual situation, uses in common a set of feeding system in LF and RH in the situation, has carried on the network and the equipment in the original foundation transforms, and uses between WlNCC in two sets of systems the OPC communication way to carry on the real-time data communication, has guaranteed LF and the RH system prompt accurate feeding and the regular production, saved the cost, enhanced the production efficiency.
