摘要
"双师型"教师对高职院校的发展起着关键的作用。"双师型"课程领导是相对于传统的自上而下的课程管理而言,其实质是重视作用而非角色,是高职院校校长和教师围绕课程问题谋求共识的互动过程。这一理念的实施需要"双师型"教师参与学校课程愿景的规划,需要建立一支由"双师型"教师与其他领导组成的合作型团队,需要为"双师型"教师创造富有活力的环境,需要能动分享式的领导。
Teachers with "dual-teacher" qualities play a key role in the development of vocational colleges. Compared with the conventional top-down curriculum management, curriculum leadership by teachers with "dual-teacher" qualities lays more emphasis on its functions rather than roles. It is an interactive process in which presidents of vocational colleges and teachers seek consensus upon curriculum management. Therefore, the realization of such ideas requires that teachers with "dual-teacher" qualities play a part in school' s vision planning; that a cooperative team with leaders should be established; that a dynamic atmosphere and motivating leadership should be created.
