生物矿化在牙体硬组织修复中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 牙体组织破坏的修复是口腔临床最常见的重要工作之一。目前,临床应用的主要有复合树脂、金属、陶瓷等三大类材料,但一直存在着边缘微漏、材料的老化、金属的腐蚀性、断裂韧性不足等难以解决的问题,同时修复时可能切割大量的牙体组织,给病人带来很多痛苦。因此,在牙体组织破坏部位能原位再生出新的牙体组织成为口腔学界的梦想。目前,牙体组织再生的研究主要有两个方向:其一,应用仿生学的理论,通过设计有机基质调控生物矿化的途径实现牙体再生;其二则通过组织工程的方法,
