新时期高校思想政治教育队伍建设要着力于培养和提高思想政治教育工作者自身素质的全面发展,尤其是在建设社会主义法治国家的新时期内,必须结合时代特征,明确法律素质对思想政治工作的重要作用,注重培养思想政治教育工作者的法律素质,完善培养思想政治教育者法律素质的培养途径,以适应思想政治教育工作的需要。

During a new period,we should focus on how to cultivate and promote people who work for moral education at all aspects of abilities. In a socialist country ruled by law, we must symbolize the features of the times, and know that the quality of legal has very important function to the work of moral education. We should aim at developing the quality of legal for people who work for moral education,and set up much more effective ways to cultivate people who work for moral education to meet the need for moral education.
