北京市房山区工业企业职业病危害因素调查

An investigation on current situation of occupational hazards in industrial enterprises of Fangshan District,Beijing

目的了解北京市房山区工业企业职业病危害因素分布特征和职业病危害现况,明确职业卫生工作重点。方法采用普查的方法,对作业场所存在职业病危害的企业进行调查,采用SPSS15.0软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果此次共调查了972家企业,接触危害因素者46111人(52.71%);职业病危害因素主要包括粉尘、物理性因素和化学毒物三类38种。房山区从业人员健康档案建档率、体检率和职业培训率分别为32.89%、23.82%和29.46%。结论房山区的职业危害因素主要是粉尘、噪声、高温、振动、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳、汽油等;需进一步完善职业病防治的体制机制。

Objective To understand distribution and current situations of occupational hazard factors and identify priorities in occupational health in Fangshan District, Beijing. Methods Enterprises existed with occupational hazards in their workplaces in Fangshan District were investigated by census, and all the data were analyzed with SPSS version 12.0 software.Results A total of 972 enterprises were investigated in Fangshan District and 46 111 （52.71%） workers exposed to 38 kinds of major occupational hazard factors of dust, physical agents and chemical agents. Health records have been kept for 32.89 percent of the workers in enterprises, 23.82 percent of them were covered by pre-employment and periodical physical examinations, and 29.46 percent of them were trained for occupational health and safety. Conclusion Main occupational hazard factors in Fangshan District include dust, noise, high temperature, vibration, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, gasoline, and so on.
