实施全面质量管理(TQC) 提高医院护理管理质量

目的通过实施全面质量管理,提高医院护理管理质量。方法通过调研,对护理工作给出质量标准及评价标准并建立质量保证体系。利用TQC及PDCA管理理念,结合实际检查、监督等方法及其结果如静脉点滴合格率,利用统计数据,给出质量控制点及其范围,建立护理质量保证体系,动态而又突出重点,针对基础及薄弱环节的质量问题,进行评价、督促及改进,从而不断提升医院护理质量水平。结果实施全面质量管理是医院护理管理工作有效的管理方法。结论全面质量管理及PDCA管理循环,是医院护理管理工作行之有效的管理手段。
