经皮肾镜超声气压弹道碎石治疗肾结石

摘要 目的探讨经皮肾镜超声气压弹道碎石治疗肾结石的疗效及安全性。方法回顾分析我院行经皮肾镜超声气压弹道碎石治疗的346例肾结石患者的临床资料并记录手术时间、结石取净率及手术并发症。结果279例一期清石完全,32例行二期手术,34例行残余结石ESWL术,手术时间60~180min,平均90min,1例术后输血600ml,无其他严重并发症发生。结论经皮肾镜超声气压弹道碎石具有安全、高效、便于操作、结石清除率高的特点,值得临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of combind lithpclast and ultrasound lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods Totally 346 cases of patients who underwent percutaneous nephroscopic ultrasound and lithoclast lithotripsy was studied retrospectively. The duration of stone surgery, stone-free rate and complication were assessed.Results Immediate phase 1 lithotripsy was performed in 279 cases and delayed phase II lithotripsy in 32 cases and 32 cases required ESWL.Operation time was ranged from 60 to 180 minutes, The average operative time was 90 minutes. One case needed blood transfusin.All oprerations were successful and no severity complications happened in all patients. Conclusion The percutaneous nephroscopic ultrasound and lithoclast lithotripsy is safe and effective in the treatment of compl!cated renal calculi.
