摘要 为了解运动对脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的影响,采用文献资料法论述了BDNF的结构与生物学特性,综述了国内外有关运动与BDNF关系的研究进展及该领域研究中存在的一些问题。结果表明:无论是规律性有氧运动,还是短时间急性运动都可以诱导BNDF的释放进而有利于增强神经系统的运动健康效应。 By means of literature review, this paper introduces the structure of BDNF and biological characteristics, reviews the current situation of research at home and abroad into the relationship between exercise and BDNF, and comments on some problems of the research and the direction for future studies. The results show that both the regular aerobic exercise and short-term acute exercise can induce the release of BNDF,and it will in turn help to enhance movement health effects of the nervous system.
