摘要
为了编制中小学体育教师行为失范量表,采用开放式问卷和访谈对中小学体育教师行为失范的维度进行初步建构,并在此基础上,邀请专家对量表进行审定,编拟了中小学体育教师行为失范量表初稿,然后再进行3次的调查与统计学分析。结果表明:中小学体育教师行为失范量表由41个项目构成,分别命名为目的取向型行为失范、价值取向型行为失范、情感型行为失范、传统型行为失范4个分量表。编制的中小学体育教师行为失范具有良好的信度和效度,可以用于对中小学体育教师行为失范的诊断和研究。
