摘要
介绍了工装MES系统中生产调度和进度跟踪模块的设计。针对几种不同类型工装的生产,提出了相应的调度模式及具体的实现方法,并为紧急任务的接收处理提供了解决方案。同时研究了完工上报的技术特点,实现了在部分工序延时上报的情况下,生产进度在系统中的准确反映。
This paper mainly discusses the design of production scheduling and progress tracking module in MES of fixtures and tools, presents a corresponding scheduling model and specific realizable method according to different types of fixtures and tools,gives a solution for urgent task reception and processing and at the same time makes a study of the technological characteristic of the finishing report. In the case that some process is reported with delay, the production schedule is accurately reflected in the system.
