风化煤硝酸氧解复合催化剂的研制 被引量:4

Development of Complex Catalysts on Weathered Coal Oxidized by Nitric Acid

摘要 研究了4种硝酸氧解催化剂的制备条件及其对提高风化煤腐植酸产率的影响。结果表明,硫酸浸渍法所制备的SO4/Fe2O3和SO4/FeV催化剂、活性炭(AC)负载的AC/Fe2O3和AC/V2O5催化剂都有一定作用,其中AC/V2O52-2-效果最明显,腐植酸产率比不加催化剂的提高10.2%,其制备条件为,活性炭∶草酸氧钒溶液=1.5∶1,焙烧温度500℃。 The different preparation conditions of four catalysts and its effect on extracting humic acid from weathered coal were investigated in this paper. The results showed that SO4^2-/Fe2O3, SO4^2-/FeV, AC/Fe2O3 and AC/V2O5 all had some catalysis, and the best one was AC/V2O5 catalyst. Compared to the control without catalyst, humic acid yield catalyzed by AC/V2O5 was improved by 10.2%. The preparation conditions ofAC/V2O5 catalyst were that the ratio of AC and oxalate oxovanadium solution was 1.5 : 1, and the roasting temperature was 500 ℃.
