摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了冰结合剂抛光盘抛光过程的二维有限元模型,应用生死单元技术模拟了冰盘的融化过程,通过实验验证了模型的可靠性。通过仿真,得出冰盘温度和融化速率随各工艺参数的变化趋势,为加工中最优参数的选取提供了依据。
The model of the Iced Fixed-Abrasive polishing pad is studied by means of ANSYS software. Using the life and death cell technology,the ice-melting process is simulated, The obtained simulating results show a good agreement with the experiment result. The results indicate that the established model is right and reliable. The temperature distribution and the melting rate is studied in case of different technical parameters,which can be used to give a references to choosing the best parameters.
